Recognizing the opportunity for Upheal to be a market leader in privacy, we assisted the team by drafting comprehensive data protection policies, creating consumer-facing FAQs, and facilitating Data Protection Officer (DPO) support.
Investment round support
Sparring played a key role in helping Upheal secure $14.4 million in investment, including a $10 million Series A round, acting as in-house counsel. Our team oversaw and managed the entire financing round.
Day-to-day operations
Sparring serves as Upheal's in-house counsel, providing ongoing US and Czech legal advisory services. This includes the review, drafting, and negotiation of partner contracts to support Upheal's operational needs.
