The Challenge
As Vacuumlabs continued to expand after 10+ years of operation, they faced the need to scale their teams, optimize internal structures, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. In practice their growth involved balancing the demands of entering new markets, refining corporate processes, and addressing the legal and operational complexities that come with such expansion.
How we support them
Acting as in-house counsel, managing day-to-day legal operations such as drafting employment contracts and providing guidance on regulatory compliance. We work closely with their sales department, streamlining the contract lifecycle and assisting in signing MSAs with new clients.
We work with Vacuumlabs and ensure that their scaling matters are addressed across Slovak, Czech and US jurisdictions internally, and support the external counsels where necessary.
Additionally, we advised on corporate transfers and setting up efficient structures to support their international growth. Our efforts also extended to assisting with the development of their spin-off portfolio and optimizing internal processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
